Renee Colbert, Esq.

Counsel to the Firm

Attorney Renee Colbert graduated from the Oklahoma State University for her undergraduate studies and the University of Oklahoma for law school. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in Oklahoma and in the respective federal courts. With more than thirty years litigation experience with corporate and private clients in federal and state court, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings her legal emphasis has been in construction, corporate, criminal, energy & the environment matters. Attorney Colbert settled a $2.8 million sales and use tax case, and $4.8 million and $2.1 construction claims. Her legal background includes appeals from Administrative Proceedings for Worker’s Compensation, OSHA, Gaming, and DEP wetlands and stream encroachment. Her background in labor issues - A grievance against the United Association (UA) resulted in amendment of the UA Constitution to allow inter-jurisdictional fabrication of materials and her contract management included 60 union collective bargaining agreements, project labor agreements, and $180 million construction contracts. In addition, Attorney Colbert has handled DUI and criminal

cases including homicides and is a trainer at the annual National Defender Training Project at the University of Dayton Law School.

Joseph V. Luvara, Esq.

Partner

Joseph V. Luvara is a partner in the law firm of Luvara Law Group LLC. Mr. Luvara focuses his practice in commerical law and various personal financial property and title issues, and general litigation. He earned his B.S. degrees in Business Administration and Business Economics from Marquette University. Joe has Juris Doctor degrees from both Duquesne University Law School and Western State University College of Law and also has nearly 25 years of experience. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, United States Tax Court as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Anthony P. Piccirilli Jr., Esq.

Counsel to the Firm

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Piccirilli focuses his practice on civil litigation and family law. His clients include real estate and property management companies, contractors and merchants as well as litigants in divorce, custody and support cases. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

William Brandstetter, Esq.

Counsel to the Firm

Attorney William A. Brandstetter graduated from Washington & Jefferson College with a degrees in Political Science and Secondary Education in 1997. William graduated from the Duquesne University, School of Law. Since then, William has worked with the Allegheny County Center for Victims of Violent Crime as a curriculum developer to design and implement violence prevention curriculum that was taught in the Pittsburgh Public School District and has also worked as a high school social studies teacher. In 2003, William began working with assisting numerous clients with both civil and criminal appeals. In 2007, William expanded his practice into family law, small business start-up and educational law. William now counsels to the firm and will continue to practice civil and criminal appellate defense, estates and trust, educational law and energy law. William intends to take the lead on issues of Oil and Gas.

Yoshiaki (Ken) Miyamoto, Esq.

Counsel to the Firm

Born in Tokyo, Japan, Attorney Yoshiaki (Ken) Miyamoto graduated from Albany Law School and is admitted in New York since 2001, having practiced law in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York. A former resident of Pittsburgh, he lived in Shadyside and served the people in Washington County as a staff attorney of Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services (the first Japanese-native ever working for legal services) until 2005. Since then, as a Japanese-native attorney experienced in the American legal system, he has been providing much needed services to the Japanese community in navigating the complexities of the legal system at federal, state and local levels.

John Mulroy, Esq.

Counsel to the Firm

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, John has experience in claims defense, representing municipal and governmental bodies. He has tried cases in state and federal court, and has experience as an administrative hearing examiner for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. John represents government agencies, small businesses and families in matters of insurance, commerce and finance.
